Editing Sample

Click on the hand (below) to see how a typical four-step editing process works:

Step One: Review the original text.

Step Two: Edit for grammar, punctuation, spelling, consistency, and logic, recommending changes to improve coherence. Edits are made in a Word file using the Track Changes function.

Step Three: Review edited material--does it still make sense?

Step Four: "Tweak to perfection"--provide specific name of product/process used in study, adjust style to match that of target journal, etc.
